Jaime Tulley

CEO

Jaime is a food scientist by training and entrepreneur by heart. Most recently, Jaime led the Innovation, Quality and Operations teams at Sweet Earth Foods, a start-up that grew from $1MM to $25MM in four years, resulting in a successful acquisition to Nestle USA. Jaime now serves as COO of Catapult Commercialization Services, a consulting firm that grew to $1MM in 18 months that helps start-up and rapidly growing food companies launch and grow their brand world-wide. Jaime’s core skill sets include operational and business development strategy, team building, innovation pipeline development, cost and finance management and B2B relationships. Jaime has been a real estate investor for the last two years, focusing on fix & flip and AirBnB properties in her home region of Hood River, Oregon.

Susan Elliott

CMO

After a decade spent as an international whitewater kayak instructor, Susan discovered the hidden world of Performing and Non-Performing Notes and their incredible wealth-building potential. With Flow State Investing, she helps other investors get more time back and build passive cash flow to pursue their bucket list instead the next rung in the career ladder. Susan thrives on communicating intimidating and detailed plans to anyone. She accredits this skill to years working as an adventure guide as well as a River Restoration Engineer. From presenting a detailed financial model to leading a team down a remote river canyon, she seeks to connect with individuals in a way that helps them realize their own strengths. Today, she helps connect investors with amplified returns through Note partnerships and investments so that they never have to become a landlord (a role she also currently plays and is strategizing her exit plan). Susan also co-manages a suite of Short Term Rental properties in the epic Columbia River Gorge.

Kevin Tulley

COO

Kevin considers clear and conscious communication to be his greatest asset in life and business. He also loves systems, and has advanced his career by recognizing inefficiencies and addressing them by building wholistic systems into company operations. He previously acted as GM of Vision Recycling, overseeing an 8.5MM annual budget, management teams, and regulatory. He now works as an agronomic sales consultant for Advancing Eco Agriculture, where he enjoys building relationships with farmers across Oregon and Washington, and helping to address root cause agronomic issues with regenerative agricultural concepts. Kevin grew his PNW region sales from 330K to 1.1MM in the first year. All that said, Note Investing is where he and his investors really get that chedda’.

Paige Panzarello

CashFlow Chick

Paige Panzarello is the “Cashflow Chick”. Having been a Real Estate investor and entrepreneur for almost 25 years, Paige has experienced many facets of real estate investing. Some of her experience includes founding and running her own Residential and Commercial Construction and Acquisition companies; Buy and Hold residential and commercial real estate investing; Tax Deeds/Liens Investing; Fix and Flip (Residential Remodeling); among others. She currently focuses on Non-Performing Notes that she purchases all across the United States. Whether in notes, residential or commercial real estate, in California, or nationwide, Paige has been successful in completing over $150+ million in real estate transactions to date.

Paige teaches the “Building Wealth with Notes” Workshop that drills down into the details of how to buy Non-Performing Notes, due diligence to perform, and how to mitigate risk. To Paige, real estate investing is a “team sport” and she believes that everyone can, and should, take hold of their future and their retirement by investing in real estate in order to build their Wealth Destiny for themselves and their family.
Having experienced the hardship of economic downturn, and what she calls “a very difficult learning experience”, Paige knows first-hand how “life can happen” to everyone. Her company was founded to help people in distress. She lives by the motto, “People first, profit second.”

Paige was brought onto the Flow State Team as a senior note analyst and business strategist for the next 3 years. We couldn’t be happier to have her depth of experience as we build partnerships.

Julie Lam

Good Egg Investments

Julie Lam, co-founder and CEO of Goodegg Investments, has been investing in real estate since 2009. During that time, she has focused mostly on buy-and-hold rentals, private lending, passive investing through real estate syndications, and active multifamily investing. She has focused on implementing strategic methods to grow her wealth using various alternative investment strategies that have allowed her to leverage money and time so that she can spend more time with her 3 children.

Julie is a co-creator of the online courses Real Estate Accelerator and Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, co-host of the Investing For Good podcast, and co-author of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact.

Prior to transitioning full time to real estate, Julie most recently spent over 7 years working in Silicon Valley at one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. She received her B.A. in Technical and Professional Writing from San Francisco State University and also attended law school in San Francisco, CA.

Julie provides strategic investor relations guidance for the Flow State team.

Annie Dickerson

Annie Dickerson, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Goodegg Investments, has invested in multifamily real estate since 2008. Her current portfolio spans multiple markets around the country and includes both active and passive investments. Annie specializes in strategic brand initiatives, investor education, and marketing.

Annie is a co-creator of the online courses Real Estate Accelerator and Passive Real Estate Investor Academy, co-host of the Investing For Good podcast, and co-author of the book Investing For Good: How To Build Wealth While Also Making An Impact. Annie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and currently lives in Oakland, CA, with her husband and two boys.
